2008 Recycled Yard Art Contest

TURN TRASH INTO YARD ART Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department, in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Cooperative Extension, City of Tampa Recycling Program, and the Hillsborough County Fair, is sponsoring a Recycled Yard Art Contest to be held at the Hillsborough County Fair from Wednesday, November 5th through Sunday, November 9, 2008.
