Just a reminder if you have not signed up for the Frog Listening Field Trip next Friday night, August 29, 2008, 7:30 PM. Please r.s.v.p as soon as possible as it is getting pretty full. If you haven't been before, it's a fun event for both adults and children. This is the only one all year and perfect in this rainy season.

Contact Jo Anne Hartzler (813) 310-7676 Tampa Audubon Society, Free Frog Listening Outing and Walk. Flatwoods Wilderness Park, 14302 Morris Bridge Road, Thonotosassa, 33592. Learn to identify Florida native and non-native frogs and toads not only by their size, color, shape and behavior but especially by their songs and calls. Learn about their significance to our well being. Become part of the Frog Listening Network. Expert herpetologists will bring live specimens plus teach the calls and songs before we take a walk to hear and see them at dusk. Bring flashlights.

This outing fills quickly so please either e-mail JoAnne Hartzler at usarealty@msn.com or call (813) 310-7676 with the names and number of attendees.
