Painting the Beautiful Outdoors
Though the weather forecast was rain, nearly 20 outdoor painting enthusiasts participated in a Plein Air Workshop at Camp Bayou, coordinated by Suzanne Prach from the Crawford Art Studio/ South Shore Regional Library in Ruskin.
The workshop was led by Plein Air Artist Dorothy Gardiner. After an introductory session, all participants found their 'focus' and began painting in their preferred medium. The sun dappled trails and bright morning flowers provided plenty of inspiration.
For future events at Camp Bayou, check out our calendar at http://my.calendars.net/campbayou/.
